What a great new year and we're starting off our 2012 community involvement with a February Valentine's Day fundraiser with candy sales and then in June with participation with the Unions For Kids Poker run with the proceeds from both to benefit Doernbecher Children's Hospital.

The Credit Union is very involved with the Union Community as well as the Local Community. 

In 2011 we continued our involvement with our union groups by attending and contributing to pin ceremonies, picnics, apprenticeship classes, trade shows, labor union breakfasts, holiday celebrations and charitable events.  We rely on the support of union members and believe strongly that it is our responsibilty to support the unions and their endeavors.

In the local community we supported the Albertina Kerr Centers with our sixth annual participation in their "Holiday Giving Tree".  Our other major charities are Credit Unions for Kids and Unions for Kids (we're once again this year selling raffle tickets for the Poker Run in June), which both benefit Doernbecher Children's Hospital.  We also actively support Laborer's Community Service Agency and the United Way.   A big thanks to our members who generously give to help us make a difference in the community.
