What is SWIVEL Pay?
SWIVEL Pay is a payment system that is replacing LoanPay Xpress April 21, 2026. This feature allows you to initiate payments to your IBEW & United Workers FCU loan from another financial institution any time from our app or online banking!
When will I see my payment?
Payments will post to your loan within 1-3 business days.
How to make a payment?
Effective April 21, 2026, You can go to your loan in the app or online banking and select you can go to our SWIVEL Pay website.
You will need to know your member number and date of birth in order to make a payment.
Do I need to make another login?
You can make a quick, secure loan payment using the Express Pay feature without creating a login, or you can register an account to save your information for future loan payments or to set up recurring auto payments.
