System Upgrade


The system upgrade will improve the Credit Union’s core processing system, expanding capacity and leveling up your banking experience. All products will be restored after the upgrade, and we will continue to offer the same personal customer service following a full reopening. The Credit Union’s operating hours, location, phone number and resources will not change after the upgrade.
The Credit Union will be closed Tuesday, September 29, Wednesday, September 30 and Thursday, October 1. We will return to full service on Friday, October 2. Some services may be paused during the upgrade; check back here for more information closer to the date.
Yes, the Credit Union’s 9955 SE Washington St. location, including the drive-up, will be closed on September 29, September 30 and October 1. It is expected to open and return to full services Friday, October 2.
Yes, your account information will be fully secure as we complete the upgrade. Your security is always our top priority.
We don’t anticipate delays to reopening on Friday, October 2, but we will post updates here if the work extends past this timeframe.
Check your account ahead of the upgrade to make sure we have your correct contact information. Make sure the Credit Union closure dates are marked in your calendar. If possible, complete any important transactions before Tuesday, September 29.
