How Your Vacation Fund Works
Your Vacation Fund contributions are based on the number of hours you work each month. Here’s how the process works:

Your employer reports your hours and contributions based on the hours you work during the month.

The Trust Office verifies the contributions and sends the approved funds to IBEW & United Workers Federal Credit Union for deposit into your Union Vacation Fund.

Allow 4–8 weeks for your initial deposit. It may take several weeks for your first contribution to be processed and deposited into your Vacation Fund.

Your deposited amount may differ from your paystub. The amount deposited into your Vacation Fund may be less than the amount shown on your paystub due to applicable deductions or processing requirements.

Access Your Vacation Fund
Your Vacation Fund gives you convenient ways to access your money when you need it. Choose the option that works best for you:

Use the Mobile App: Check your balance and transfer funds to your IBEW & United Workers checking account.

Use your Debit Card: Order a Vacation Fund Debit Card and access your funds at participating ATMs.

Request a check: Have a check sent directly to you when you need access to your funds.

Transfer to another financial institution: Set up a transfer to an account you own at another financial institution.
