Congratulations on your new IBEW & United Workers FCU debit card! Once your card is activated, you can use Online & Mobile Banking to manage your card and customize how it’s used. 

With convenient card management tools, you’re in control of your spending. You can: 

• Set up real-time alerts when your card is used. 

• Set transaction limits to help manage spending. 

• Block specific types of transactions when needed. 

• Monitor card activity and help protect your finances. 

• Use Card Controls within the app

How do I activate my new IBEW & United Workers debit card and set up my PIN? 

• Call 800-290-7893 from your phone number on file with IBEW & United Workers to activate your card and set your personal identification number (PIN).    

• If you are traveling internationally, then please call 206-624-798 to activate your card and set your PIN. 

You can see your balance and manage your debit card in Online & Mobile; you’ll be able to add card alerts like blocking or unblocking your card, manage transaction limits, set travel notices and more!
